I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Mohammed and Ismail, were extremely accommodating and friendly. They provided a delicious breakfast every morning and gave great recommendations on things to do and see in this city. The hotel location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square. The cleanliness and facilities were top-notch.
Can't think of anything, this hotel was perfect in every way.

We loved Ismael's helpfulness. The location became comfortable, thanks to Ismael's guidance. Khaled, Hassan, and the team treated us like family. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Lovely roof terrace to soak up the sun. Friendly and kind staff. Great value for money. Super friendly hosts took great care of us.

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, providing excellent service and even offering a room upgrade.
